🏅 Bihar Sports University Launches First Prospectus—Two Game-Changing Courses to Shape India’s Next Champions!
In a state long celebrated for intellect and resilience, Bihar just dropped a game-changer—and it’s not in a classroom. It’s on the field. On a historic Tuesday in Rajgir, Bihar Sports University officially launched its first-ever prospectus for the 2025–26 academic session, marking a monumental leap toward creating national and global sports icons from the heart of Bihar.
Vice Chancellor Shri Shishir Sinha led the ceremonial release of the inaugural prospectus. Alongside him stood a strong team of university dignitaries—Registrar Rajni Kant, Dean and Exam Controller Dr. Nishikant Tiwari, Finance Officer Mukesh Samrat, and advisors including Dr. Ravi Kumar Singh, Chandan Kumar, and many more. Their collective presence underlined the seriousness of this mission.
This wasn’t just a press-worthy event. It was a declaration.
For students, parents, and coaches eager to learn, the 2025–26 prospectus is a goldmine. It offers a comprehensive roadmap to the university’s curriculum, sports training infrastructure, admission guidelines, and student amenities. Everything a sports aspirant needs to dream—and plan—big.
Starting July 2025, the university will introduce two postgraduate diploma courses in Athletics and Cricket. Each course offers 20 seats, curated to groom the next generation of sports professionals. This bold step addresses the demand for quality sports education in Bihar, placing the state on India’s sports education map.
Admissions will strictly follow Bihar Government’s reservation policy. However, merit will drive selection—based on academic performance and sports achievements. The university’s admissions committee will maintain a transparent and unbiased process to ensure only the most deserving make it through.

Fitness Test Dates: July 10–11, 2025
Results Announcement: July 17, 2025
Document & Medical Verification: July 24, 2025
Admission & Fee Payment: July 26–27, 2025
Class Commencement & Orientation: July 28, 2025
