Patna’s Road Revolution: Bans Ghat to JP Ganga Path Connectivity Underway! 🚧
Patna’s traffic is set for a massive transformation! A new road and bridge will soon connect Bans Ghat to JP Ganga Path, making travel smoother and reducing congestion. This long-awaited development will enhance connectivity between Ashok Rajpath, Bailey Road, PMCH, AIIMS, and key city routes.
Seamless Access from Bans Ghat to JP Ganga Path
A Direct Project Report (DPR) is in progress to link Bans Ghat with JP Ganga Path. The Bihar State Road Development Corporation (BSRDC) has assigned consultants to design the new bridge and road network. With an estimated cost of ₹52.28 crore, this initiative will provide an alternate route to avoid city traffic and ensure faster travel.
Strategic Road Construction at Mandiri Nala
The Mandiri Nala road project is a crucial part of this plan. It will connect Mandiri, Income Tax Golambar, and Bailey Road directly to JP Ganga Path. Once complete, this road will significantly ease travel to PMCH and AIIMS, cutting down travel time and traffic bottlenecks.
New U-Turn for Better Traffic Flow
A dedicated U-turn near Bans Ghat will allow smooth access to JP Ganga Path. Vehicles approaching from Ashok Rajpath will take this U-turn, connecting directly to the newly built road at Kali Mandir. Similar to the connectivity at LCT Ghat, this development will streamline entry and exit points, making daily commutes hassle-free.
Why This Project Matters
- 🚗 Faster travel to major city hubs
