Breaking Barriers with Books, Not Bias

Guru Rahman, born and raised in Saran district, once witnessed the silent pain and systemic exclusion that transgender people faced. Instead of walking away, he opened his arms — and his coaching centre. He started free coaching for transgender aspirants, a step that would later inspire an entire movement.

One of his earliest students? Manvi Madhukashyap — the name that made history as India’s first transgender sub-inspector. She proudly credits her success to the mentorship, discipline, and compassion of her teacher, Guru Rahman.

A Mission That Marches On

But this was only the beginning. Guru Rahman isn’t stopping at one success story. He’s on a mission to empower 500 transgender sub-inspectors and 1,000 transgender constables in the next five years. And yes, every class is 100% free — no fees, no bias, just dreams.

This is more than coaching — it’s resistance. It’s education as activism. While most people wait for policy changes, Guru Rahman builds people.
