The whole nation mourns the early death of Harvardhan, IPS officer of Saharsa, Bihar whose journey of dedication and service to the nation has been ended in a very tragic fashion. Harvardhan had only recently completed his training from Karnataka Police Academy and was on his way to take up his first posting at Hassan.
It is a sad story of how he lost his life through a deadly road accident whereby the tyre of a government vehicle burst and overturned. All efforts to rescue him proved futile as he died from his injuries.
Harvardhan was a 2022-23 batch IPS officer. He had cleared the UPSC exam on his very first attempt and had attained an impressive rank of 153. Sonbarsa in Saharsa brought up a young man whose perseverance and humility inspired his family and numerous youth in the village and beyond.
It shall be held in his village and will be the last rite that can be done for the noble officer. Untimely death forbids much thought on issues concerning life but it celebrates those who work selflessly for the nation.
Let us pay our respects to this memory and get inspired with his journey. Stay updated at www.biharsay.com for inspiring stories and join our 10,000+ global community.
