On 15th September 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Purnia and lay the foundation stone for this ambitious project. The tender process is already complete, and work will officially begin the same day. With this, Matsyagandha Lake will soon turn into one of Bihar’s most iconic attractions.
The development plan includes:
A 400-meter-long ghat
A circular glass bridge offering panoramic views
Dedicated parking spaces for visitors
