Workers spent four days decorating the body, gates, and windows of the coaches. Now, when the metro runs, it will showcase the Golghar, Madhubani patterns, and other symbols that make Bihar unique.
This bold step by PMRC brings a cultural facelift to infrastructure. Instead of being just another urban project, the metro turns into a moving art gallery. The saffron exteriors grab attention, while the intricate Madhubani designs remind passengers of their roots.

Finishing work on these stations is in progress. The system’s operations hub at Bairia terminal will handle stoppages, cleaning, and maintenance. Meanwhile, the administrative building in Patna will manage overall metro functions.
Recently, the Chief Minister of Bihar visited the Zero Mile Metro Station to personally review progress, showing the importance of this project for the state.
