Minister Jivesh Mishra, during a site visit, announced that this township will be modeled on Gurugram’s urban development blueprint — featuring skyscrapers, parks, shopping malls, schools, and sports grounds.

Thanks to existing infrastructure like AIIMS, an airport, a planetarium, and an IT Park, Darbhanga is the perfect launchpad for Bihar’s mega urban revolution.

“We are identifying three prime locations for Phase 1,” said Minister Mishra. “These will include schools, sports fields, and lush parks. A detailed map and masterplan are already in progress.”
