To keep the mission on track, Additional Chief Secretary Harjot Kaur Bamhrah directed District Magistrates to submit district-wise plantation plans by 15 June. These plans must clearly mention:

To ensure higher survival rates, only saplings taller than 3 feet will be used. Each site will also directly coordinate with nurseries, making supply and tracking much more efficient.

268 Nurseries Ready Across Bihar

Currently, 268 nurseries—both government-run and community-based—stand ready to supply the saplings. These nurseries offer species suited to different regions, based on soil and climate conditions.

Because of this, each planted tree gets a better chance to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the ecosystem.
