• Akash Raja: Earned a bronze medal in the cadet kata event after overcoming a fierce competitor from Nepal in the quarter-finals.
• Nitin Kumar: Added to India’s tally by claiming a bronze medal in the youth -68 kg kumite fight, defeating a player from Bangladesh.
