He also handled the Transport Department as well as the role of Director General-cum-Chief Vigilance Commissioner in the General Administration Department.

Dipak Kumar Singh, ACS of the Rural Works Department, continues in his core role. However, he also takes charge as DG-cum-Chief Vigilance Commissioner, strengthening internal accountability mechanisms.
Kundan Kumar, previously Resident Commissioner (New Delhi), now steps in as the Secretary of Industries Department. He will also continue holding additional charge as Resident Commissioner and MD of BIADA. This combination of roles hints at aggressive industry outreach and investor engagement.

Kartikey Dhanji will now focus entirely on the Minor Irrigation Department, after his additional charge of the Industries Department was relieved.
Sanjay Kumar Singh, Secretary of Commercial Taxes, takes on added responsibility as OSD in the Home Department. This strengthens coordination between taxation, enforcement, and administrative oversight.
Kaushal Kishore, Commissioner of Darbhanga Division, now also handles the charge of Tirhut Commissioner, Muzaffarpur. This decision aims to ensure continuity and smoother regional governance.
Raj Kumar moves from Tirhut Division to become the new Transport Secretary, a department critical to Bihar’s growing road network and mobility expansion.
